Let's go back to the time when it all started.
In 2020, when the whole world was shut down, Elon Musk's Open AI announced GPT-3, a language model which is trained on 175 billion parameters. The model uses machine learning to produce any text that can possibly be written by a human.
GPT 3 can code in any language by giving it a textual description. Not only that, it is capable of generating pictures from the text, writing, and reading articles.
In 2020, The Guardian asked GPT-3 to write an article and you can hardly tell if it was written by GPT 3 or a human.

GPT 3 is becoming a new writing tool as it can generate content at scale. It can quickly generate quite impressive blog posts and articles based on the topic and keywords you enter. But such advancement in technology has raised concerns about writers' existence and creativity.
Can GPT 3 replace writers?
The simple answer is NO. No language model can ever replace writers.
The writers write through their experiences, creativity, real novelty, and knowledge. They understand their audience and know how to engage their readers.
But, GPT 3 writes through the data that it has been trained on. It is a word predictor and is quite good at predicting the next word. Also, it is trained enough to make amazing sentences and paragraphs. But, it cannot understand the audience and can leave you with a bland piece of content that doesn't engage readers much.
Is human creativity at stake?
As it is said, "For everything you gain, you lose something else".
GPT 3 might seem like a great idea at first glance. But it may cause fatality for human creative literature. The more help you get from GPT 3 to write your assignments, the more you lose your sense of creativity.

What can you do to prevent AI from ruining your creativity?
To protect your creativity, don't rely entirely on GPT 3. Instead, use it as a support tool and use its creativity as a reference for your writing. By doing so you can come up with more informational and creative writing.

As time goes on, technology will keep growing, and not only writers, but everyone will have to make additional efforts to keep up with the technology.
I will wrap up the article by saying, "Do not allow GPT 3 to become your master, but rather use it to your advantage by treating it like a writing assistant for your projects."
